On the fourth day of the Copa América, each group saw a team qualify for the final round of the South American competition. In group A, Colombia have already played all their matches, including a last 3-0 win against Peru. With three wins and one draw, the Colombian women will be able to rest quietly during this 5th and last day, since their qualification is already acquired. In Group B, despite a game still to play, Brazil, which has three big wins in three games, is already making sure of its place in the final four.
As a reminder, this tournament in South America, beyond the continental title, allows the two best nations to qualify for the FIFA World Cup - France 2019. The first will also be directly qualified for the Olympic Games 2020 at Japan, as for the second one it will be able to dispute dams in view of these Olympics.
The América copa is played in two stages. A first round with two groups of 5. Then, a final round between four teams: the two best of each group.

Group A: First and crucial victory for Chile
Large dominator of this group A, Colombia holds its rank against Peru and is logically 3-0. The Colombian striker Catalina Usme has once again opened the scoring of a free kick (23rd). Returning from the locker room Leicy Santos concluded a nice collective action and made the break (54th), then at the end of the game, Isabella Echeverry ratifies the victory of Colombia with a goal of the head (83rd). Goals "scattered" over the minutes, which show the dominance of the Colombian women against a Peruvian team that is already eliminated, despite a last game to play against Chile.
A last match that will still be important, especially for locals. Since after two draws, Chile offers a first, short, victory against Uruguay (1-0) and relaunch completely in this Copa America. The Chileans owe their victory to a solo action by María José Rojas, who finds fault in the last ten minutes in an encounter dominated by La Roja.
With a point on Paraguay, teammates Christiane Endler have the cards in hand to access the final round. But for this, we will have to win against Peru! Paraguay on its side will have to get rid of Uruguay and hope for a misstep of the host country.
Group B: Brazil qualified for the final round
As in Group A, Group B knows its first qualifier for the final round. Not surprisingly it is Brazil, still undefeated in this tournament. As usual Seleçao was quick to open the mark. A first goal in the 10th minute of play came from Monica Hickmann. The Orlando Pride player, loaned at the beginning of the season to Atlético de Madrid (leader of the championship of Spain) concludes a nice collective action. Marta crosses to the far post where Cristiane heads to the first post, and Monica ends the action by pushing the ball into the bottom. Beatriz Zaneratto will then increase the score in favor of the Brazilian with two new goals. Then, Marta will also go from his goal late in the game, a shot from the left at the penalty box.
Despite this defeat Venezuela remains in the race for the last qualifying spot, with a final decisive match against Argentina.
Finally, Bolivia has imposed itself on the smallest margins against Ecuador. A 1-0 win with a penalty shot by Janeth Morón (68). A victory for "honor" since both teams are already eliminated.

Group A
Colombia - Peru: 3-0
Chile - Uruguay: 1-0
Group B
