Three days before the end of the Spanish championship, we now know the dates and places of the Copa de la Reina. The quarter-finals will be played on the weekend of May 19 and 20, and the quarterbacks return on Wednesday, May 23. The semi-finals, played on neutral ground without a return match, will be played on the weekend of May 26 and 27, in Reus, Catalonia. Finally, the final will take place on June 2, in Merida in the community of Estremadur.

As a reminder, only the eight best teams of the Spanish championship will be qualified to play this Copa de la Reina. Three days before the end of the championship, four teams are sure to participate: Atletico Madrid, FC Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao and Granadilla Tererife. Four places are still to be filled, that will be disputed nine clubs: Betis Sevilla, Valencia, Levante, Real Sociedad, Madrid CFF, Rayo Vallecano, Sporting de Huelva, Espanyol of Barcelona, Sevilla FC and Albacete. Santa Teresa and Zaragoza CFF, respectively last and penultimate of the championship and temporarily relegated, are already out of the race to play the Cup.
