Brigitte Henriques, vice-president delegate of the French Football Federation, was present Thursday in Rennes for the draw of the U20 World Cup 2018 (August 5-24 in Brittany). The one who is also vice-president of the local organizing committee of this World Cup has reacted to the draw of the blue microphones of the FFFTV. For her, no doubt, the blueberries can aim at least the podium.
"In Canada (World Cup 2014, ed) we had the third place, in Papua New Guinea (World Cup 2016, ed) the second, so I think that Gilles (Eyquem, the coach, ed) will take to heart with the players to get this podium. " Henriques also thanked Noël Le Graet, the president of the FFF, who did everything to ensure that this World Cup was held in Brittany, his home region. "The stadiums will be filled in. There is a very strong investment of the host cities, the League of Brittany, the region, the departments (...) We are really looking forward to this event."
