First semi-final of the Coupe de France for the Ruthenians this Sunday. For their part, the Lyonnaises will play their 14th semifinal out of 15 possible. On this occasion, Sebastien Joseph, the coach of the club of Aveyron returns to this competition.

How do you see this semi-final against Lyon?

"We are expecting a complicated game where we will not have the monopoly of the ball. We must therefore first defend well and be effective in the transition phases. It will take the least opportunity and be very effective in the finishing area. We have no pressure on this meeting. If we lose, we will talk about sports logic, if we go, we talk about exploit, the pressure is not on us. The group is very motivated and we believe in it. We are keen to make a big game and try to reach the final. We will try to live up to the event but we believe in our strength and we would have liked to receive and offer this party to our fans and the public Ruthenian, but the draw decided otherwise. We will therefore have to go to Lyon and Grenoble to bring the cup back to our stronghold. We are not as in a dream as some can say, we are working hard to achieve the season we are doing. "

Martin Luther King said: "Believe in your dreams and they may come true. Believe in yourself and they will surely come true. "

What do you think of the Lyon season and yours?

"Lyon is having an amazing season, even if they are where everyone was waiting for them. Their statistics are impressive, they have strong individualities and a good collective. Gérard Prêcheur does excellent work, I hope they will be European champions but not the Coupe de France (lol); for me it's the best team. "

And that of your team?

"For our part, we have a good season, and we intend to defend this 5th place until the end of the championship. I take a big hat-trick to the girls to whom I ask for an investment worthy of real professionals (5 or 6 weekly sessions) but who for the most part must also juggle their professional activity or university. They respond perfectly to my expectations, work, rigor, but also pleasure to be together are the key words of the values of the club that I strive to transcribe in the field. The group lives well and the girls are easy going, the club gives the maximum for girls to succeed, next year we will open a boarding school for girls and when we see the results of our entire women's section, we think we are on the right track, even if a lot remains to be done "
