In mixed zone Juvisy side, it was also mentioned derby against Paris, with Camille Catala and Clara Mateo, who have struggled to shake the lines of PSG.

Summary of the match: D1F: Paris nearly shared the points with Juvisy

"I think we managed to make them doubt"

Camille you felt at one time that you could doubt the PSG?
Camille Catala: Already there was 0-0 in the 45th, we felt we could do it, we believed it, we did everything for it. I think we managed to make them doubt but the result is not there so we are a little disappointed by the score tonight even if I tend to keep the positive and I think that by reviewing the game, we will be able to draw full lessons from this match.

At half-time, have you been told that you lack ambition?
Camille Catala: No, no no at half-time we were told it's very good you are in a game plan that was expected of you, you will have opportunities, do not give up, believe it and continue. We made two defensive mistakes and against these teams, we pay them cash. After that it's a shame because we manage to reduce the score pretty quickly and make them doubt again right now so we felt that it can rock. Maybe we missed the little extra thing that rocks the game.

"this season it is super interesting and rewarding for us and it allows us to prepare for the future"

There this season you know a season more mixed, where you lost your place in the Top 4, which went to Marseille. Did the rise of these clubs hurt you to Juvisy?
Camille Catala: I think that compared to previous years we have lost a lot of very important players both in the field and in the locker room. We are a very young group, we are rebuilding ourselves, we had a lot of injuries at the beginning of the season, we had the U20s who went to the World Cup, who are still holders in our group. So we actually had a very mixed first part of the season with a small group where we were looking for each other, we were trying to build things together but we get to know each other better and we get a little stronger all the way through season so this season it is super interesting and rewarding for us and it allows us to prepare the future with more ambition and even more motivation.

"before nationality, we look especially at the skills of the player"

In front of the other three Top 3 teams, you do not have any foreign players, is that what explains your current position?
Camille Catala: I'm not sure, there are probably clubs that have foreigners and are behind us in the standings (laughs). No, maybe one day we will have strangers, maybe the rapprochement with the Paris FC will allow this kind of things but before the nationality, we mainly look at the skills of the player (laughs) and if they can integrate into the game project Juvisy.

So what is paradoxical is that you come out of big performance against big clubs, against Montpellier just recently and on the contrary against the teams, a little more at your reach, you flunk (Guingamp / Saint-Etienne). How do you explain it?
Camille Catala: Well, I think this year there are no lower teams or not. Maybe even we wrongly thought sometimes we were superior to some teams and suddenly on the ground we did not give 300% to demonstrate it and we took some slaps (1-0 against Guingamp) that have put a lot of things into perspective and I think that this kind of counter-performance no longer comes because we are now aware of all that. Then there is another parameter that is defending it can be more annoying for other teams to play the game. For lower teams as you say, it's up to us to play the game, it's up to we make the shift, it's up to us to race that annoys the other team. Maybe at the beginning of the season, as I said with the small group, we had a little less juice, we had less psychological freshness and we were more likely to make this kind of shift.

Do you remain confident for the rest of the season?
Camille Catala: Er (laughs) you want to answer (Catala turns to Mateo) anyway, at least I'm very confident.
Clara Mateo: Well, anyway, yes, I think that confidence is primordial and with what we do now, the future is for us so we remain confident.

"we speak more of rapprochement than of fusion"

The merger you have taken how then if we talk about it, with the Paris FC?
Camille Catala: (smile) I think we talk more about rapprochement than fusion, it's a great news, it's been several seasons that Juvisy has more and more sacked, more and more people at the club and we has arrived a bit at the limit of the current juvenile format so it will allow us to pass a course and for us as a player, it is a very exciting project because we will grow, we will live new things, we will meet new people and it will be great.

And will it be on a 100% professional project where you will stay on this double project?
Camille Catala: No we stay on a double project, because for each of us it's really a motor, a balance of life and for me it's a source of performance on the field so I absolutely do not want to break this balance of life.
Clara Mateo: For me too it's the same thing, well it's part of my balance too and I need the side of football to bloom.

Catala, on your side you have just been selected in France A team, you had to be happy?
(smile) very happy, as always. So far I've been happy [to be selected] but I focused mostly on the PSG match. Tonight I am disappointed but tomorrow I would be happy to find Parisian Blue, Lyonnaise and Montpellier.

You're a pretty discreet player, by your personality, in front of your post, there's heavyweight, with Le Sommer and Delie among others. Do you think you can get ahead of the game before Euro 2017?
Camille Catala: I hope, I hope. Yes, I have a lot to prove. It's a comeback for me in France team but now it's several stages that I'm called so I also trust, I'm in the group so do not worry (smile) I'm going to express myself.

Clara you were faced with two great tenors of football with Paredes and Georges in the Parisian defense. How did you feel about your game?
Clara Mateo: Well it's true that it's not necessarily obvious, besides it was not us who did the game so we had rather a defensive role, trying to stay with the group and then had to play the shots at background and I did not have a lot of ball but I tried to bring as much as I could to the team. It was but inevitably disappointed by the result.
