Olympique Lyonnais easily qualified for their fifth straight final in the Coupe de France at the expense of Rodez on the score of 9-0. A success of the OL which was drawn from the first period with a advantage of 4 to 0 acquired at half-time.

It took less than six minutes to see the Lyonnaises open the score through Griedge M'Bock at the reception of a corner of Saki Kumagai. A goal followed by another less than three minutes later by Lotta Schelin served by Eugénie Le Sommer, with between the two a bad intervention of the keeper of Rodez, Julie Niphon.

Two other goals will be scored by Lyonnaises in the first half. First by Corinne Petit in the 24th minute. The international is at the reception of a new corner of Saki Kumagai that she takes again the left foot and sends at the bottom nets of Rodez. The fourth goal is the work of Lotta Schelin who scored a double in the 42nd minute of play. Served by Ada Hegerberg, Eugenie Le Sommer sees his shot pushed back by Julie Niphon, Schelin on the lookout has only to send the ball nets.

A wide victory Lyonnaises, logical and little wonder. OL had already won on the score of 6-0 on the ground of the RAF; Two teams that will meet in the league at the beginning of May for the 20th day

4-0 at half-time, and a Lyonnais festival which continues in the second half with five new Lyon productions, including a hat-trick for Ada Hegerberg (56th, 60th, 90th) and two productions by Élodie Thomis (65th) and Camille Abily (76th). A victory for OL in a one-sided match and the prospect of an end of the season where Lyonnaise could achieve a new triplet after the one of 2012 and a fifth consecutive Cup-Championship doubles.

Concerning the Coupe de France, they will probably benefit from massive support from the Rhone public since they will play this final practically at home at Stade des Alpes in Grenoble. But whatever the atmosphere that will await them May 15, the players of the OL made this Sunday the demonstration that they assumed the status of grandissimes favorites of the competition.
