In advanced games of the second day of D1, Olympique Lyonnais and Paris Saint-Germain have won outside, respectively on the lawn of Guingamp and Rodez. First victory of the season for PSG after sharing the points against Soyaux, while Lyon maintains with a new wide success.
Paris Saint-Germain scored their first win of the season on the Rodez pitch (3-0), after being hooked at the opening of the season by Soyaux. As in the first match, PSG found the opening on set kick. From the fourth minute of play, Emma Berglund found the head of Kadidiatou Diani free kick that gives the advantage to the Parisian, scoring his first goal in his new colors.
The domination remains Paris after this first goal, but nothing else will be scored before the break. At half-time, Patrice Lair already made two changes with the entries of Marie-Laure Delie and Grace Geyoro who had started on the bench. As in the first act, Paris scored on a stopped phase, this time a corner of Eve Perisset taken at the far post by Irène Paredes of the head (51).
The third goal came in the 74th minute thanks to Marie-Antoinette Katoto on a new head, this time following a free-kick. A ball repulsed by Raquel Infante in his goal but who would have crossed the line according to the referee for the second goal of Katoto in as many meetings. A match that also saw the first appearance of Jennifer Hermoso who came on time in place of fellow countryman and teammate Veronica Boquete.
In the other match of the day, Lyon was moving in the Côtes d'Armor on the lawn of the En Avant Guingamp, a fruitful trip for the Lyonnaises who won 5-0. The first goal for Lyon was scored by Eugénie Le Sommer in the 24th minute before Wendie Renard doubled the lead (26th) on a corner by Dzsenifer Marozsan. Before the break, Saki Kumagai added a third goal on penalty (38th).
In the second half, Ada Hegerberg added the fourth Lyon goal (60), his fifth of the season before Dzsenifer Marozsan scored the final goal of the day (80th) on a direct free-kick. A success that allows OL to keep the lead in the standings pending the other four matches that will take place tomorrow, Sunday.
