This weekend was the 14th day of D1 Feminine. In the race for Europe, Montpellier fell for the first time this season while at the bottom of the table, Nîmes offers its first victory.

Montpellier HSC 1 - 2 Paris Saint-Germain

While they are neck and neck in the fight for Europe and the title, Montpellier and Parisiennes clashed this Sunday in a capital duel. If in the first leg, the MHSC managed to keep the PSG in check (0-0), the players of Farid Benstiti have this time the upper hand over their direct competitor. Seger showed the way (29th), before Cristiane pushed a little more Montpellier (57th). Not in their match, however, the hosts reacted after the break, but the reaction was too late with a goal from Leger in overtime (90 + 3). While this meeting could seal their dreams of Europe and title, the Parisians are more than ever relaunched before receiving the OL. Montpellier will try to recover at Saint-Etienne.

Olympique Lyonnais 12 - 0 EA Guingamp

On the side of the plain of the games of Gerland, the Lyonnaises lived a quieter weekend. Faced with Guingamp, who lives a complicated season, the players of Gérard Prêcheur were pleased, investigating no less than 12 goals to the Bretons. Fox opened the festivities (13th) before qu'Hegerberg (18th, 42nd, 60th), Abily (21st), Necib (42nd), Schelin (48th, 53rd), Majri (55th, 63rd), Thomis (58th) and Kumagai (86th) do not pile up goals behind. After clinching their biggest win of the season against Nîmes before the truce (10-0), the Lyonnaises beat again their record of the season. Auspicious before the capital move on the Paris side, in two weeks. Guingamp will have to start from the front against Nimes, to give himself some air.

FCF Juvisy 3 - 0 ASPTT Albi

Behind the podium of the D1, the Essonniennes continues to hold their rank against the challengers. They who received Albi, then fifth, did not tremble to repel a competitor who wanted to approach the fourth position. The meeting, however, took some time to settle. Thiney gave the advantage to his team in the first half (32), but his team struggled to pack the match. It was not until the last quarter of an hour that Juvisy made the break, Diani (74th) and Catala (89th) completing the success of the Franciliennes. A success that allows them to get closer to the podium, while moving away from the fifth. Albi has not managed to capsize Juvisy and will have to be handed over at the next meeting, against Rodez. Juvisy will want to continue his road towards Saint-Maur, in the Parisian derby.

The complete summary of the meeting is to be found here.

Rodez Aveyron 3 - 2 The Rock on Yon

Rodez took advantage of this setback of Albi to seize fifth place in the standings. While La Roche was moving on the lawn of Aveyronnaises to give the air, the hosts managed to win, not without difficulty. Having perfectly mastered the majority of her meeting, scoring three goals through Cugat (41st), Barbance (56th) and De reviere (69th), Rodez was scared in the last quarter of an hour. The vendee react quickly by scoring twice by Pugnetti (75th) and Lespinasse against his side (83) but fail to equalize, Rodez remaining solid to the end. An important victory for the club of Aveyron before going to Albi, while La Roche will seek breath against Soyaux.

FF Nimes MG 3 - 2 VGA Saint-Maur

Another promoted well believed to return in the match also. On the side of Nîmes, the VGA and the FFNMG faced each other in a crucial duel for both clubs, one seeing his hopes compromised in case of defeat. In a disputed and committed game, Nimes manage to make a difference and take off, Oumeur (40th) and Diguelman (57th) put their team on track. Saint-Maur reacts however, returning from nowhere thanks to Boumrar (62nd) and Solomon (80th). The hosts will however have the last word in this meeting, Ramos offering her teammates their first D1 Women's success this season (82nd). A success that revives Nîmes in the race to maintain, while Saint-Maur sees his hopes fade a little more.

ASJ Soyaux 1 - 2 AS Saint-Étienne

Finally, in the last meeting of the day, Soyaux has again bowed to his audience this season. In seven home games, this is the fifth time the Sojaldiciennes have lost to their grass. All had started well with a goal of Boudaud in the first act (35th). Saint-Etienne, however, showed he had mental resources and was able to count on his attacker, Sarah Palacin. The latter offers a double in the second period to reverse the trend (58th, 76th) and give the victory to his team, the fourth in five games. A spectacular recovery of the ASSE which allows him to pass sixth before receiving Montpellier. Soyaux will have to revive him and take revenge at La Roche sur Yon.
