On behalf of the 12th day of D1 Feminine, Lyon left the front in the lead, followed closely by Montpellier and Paris, who have imposed on the smallest margins. At the bottom of the ranking, Soyaux gives himself air while Saint-Étienne was slowed down.
Olympique Lyonnais 8 - 1 VGA Saint-Maur
In the plain of the Gerland games, the Lyonnaises received the VGA Saint-Maur. A week after the braking in Montpellier (0-0), the leaders of the championship did not tremble at home against the promoted Ile. Two goals from Kumagai and Renard on penalty kick, accompanied by a Hegerberg hat-trick and Abily's double, allowed OL to win Sunday. The Prêcheur players, however, conceded their second goal of the season by Nogbou in a second period poorly mastered, leaving the MHSC with the best defense of D1. Lyon will want to continue in the same dynamic next week at another promoted, Nimes, while the VGA Albi will receive in a meeting already decisive.
The complete summary of the meeting is to be found here.
Montpellier HSC 1 - 0 FF Nîmes MG
The Montpellier are indeed now the best defense of the championship. But nothing was easy in Grammont. Faced with the promoted Nîmes, still stuck at zero victory in D1, the players of Jean-Louis Saez have had all the trouble in the world to find the fault against Nîmes worthy. Tonazzi, ten minutes from the end, finally managed to deceive the vigilance of Saez to give an important victory to his team, allowing him to stay in contact with Lyon and away from Paris. Montpellier will try to reassure a little more at Guingamp, while Nimes, already in the hard, will have to receive the OL.

Rodez Aveyron 0 - 1 Paris Saint-Germain
The Parisiennes also had some difficulties in finishing in Rodez. Facing the Rafettes, PSG, returned near the top duo last weekend after his victory at Juvisy (0-5), opened the score at the half-hour mark by German Mittag. A decisive goal since the score will remain there despite several opportunities of the players of the capital. A 1-0 win that allows PSG to cling to OL and MHSC before receiving Soyaux next week and move to Montpellier in mid-January. Rodez, fit this season, remains 5th but sees Soyaux come back to a point before his match in Saint-Etienne.

FCF Juvisy 2 - 1 AS Saint-Etienne
Saint-Etienne, who failed to repeat the surprise of the first day against Juvisy (2-2). At Les Essonniennes, the Stéphanoises did however hamper the fourth of the D1. After opening Thiney's score to 22nd, Palacin responded after five minutes and put his team back on track. Outfits in check at halftime, the women of Paris react and finally manage to regain the advantage by Diani when the locker room returns. An advantage they will hold until the end to consolidate their 4th place in the standings before going to La Roche. Saint-Étienne, who sees his victorious series stopped, will try to revive him at home against Rodez.
The complete summary of the meeting is to be found here.
ASJ Soyaux 4 - 1 EA Guingamp
The Soljadiciennes leave them finally forward. Facing Guingampaises badly in point after losing again to Rodez (0-2), the players of Jean Paredes have made an offensive festival with four goals scored. Two doubled of Clerac and Bourgouin stifled the Breton revolt. Indeed, Guingamp had returned to 1-1 before the break thanks to Plaza before cracking in the second act. A big setback for the EAG that leaves him first non-relegable, now tied with La Roche with 22 points, before receiving Montpellier Sunday. Soyaux will try to build on this great success to resist and hinder the PSG.
ASPTT Albi 1 - 1 The Rock on Yon
Finally, the last meeting of this day, important for the maintenance, saw the teams stand in check. Both looking for points, Albi and La Roche have indeed responded suddenly on the ground. The score however decided in the very last minutes of the game. Cazeau thought he had given the Albigensians a decisive lead in the 88th, before seeing Peslerbe equalize for the Vendeennes at the end of the extra time at the 92nd. A tense match, and a draw that does not help anyone, the two clubs remaining close to the red zone. La Roche will have a lot to do next Sunday against Juvisy while Albi will still have a big duel to play on the lawn of VGA Saint-Maur.
