A seventh day and a different physiognomy in both groups of the Women's D2 this week. While a trio seems to stand out in Group A, grouping at the head of a group B that looks undecided as expected at the beginning of the season.

Group A
In Group A, the LOSC continues its momentum with a new home win against VGA Saint-Maur. A 2-0 win for the North with one goal per period. The opening score is signed Charlotte Sailly, well served by Caroline La Villa and which marks just before the break (45th). The second Lille goal is scored by Maud Cauterels after the hour of play. The Belgian defender who places his head on corner (66th) to score the goal of the break and victory for Lille.

In the wake of LOSC, Brest also continues to shine. The still unbeaten players won their match against Boulogne-sur-Mer. A 2-1 win with the first two goals of the game in favor of Stade Brestois. Two goals scored in the first half hour by Grace Ngock Yango (18th) and Morgane de Seixas (27th). In the second half Boulogne reduced the mark by Florine Dangoisse (71) but it will not be enough to remove Brest's fifth win of the season.

Rouen in good rhythm, Lorient and Saint Malo lose ground
In the same tempo, FC Rouen completes the top trio after taking the best on La Roche-sur-Yon. If the ESOF opened the scoring by Lisa Fragoli, it is finally the Rouennaises who made themselves 3 goals to 2. They have also taken the first advantage following the second goal from Rouen recorded by Leila Maknoun, before see the ESOF return by Julie Pasquereau early in the second period. But the Norman players will register a third decisive goal by the native of Rouen Fanny Gosseye.

Behind the leading trio, a first hole is made. Arras joins Saint Maur in 4th place after his victory (1-0) against Reims, while Lorient and Saint Malo neutralize 2-2. A match that will feed new regrets for Saint-Malo who at a time led by two goals before seeing Lorient return in the last quarter of an hour, including a goal from Cameroon midfielder Agathe Ngani entered in stoppage time (91st). Lorient and Saint-Malo now relegated to 10 points of Lille after being a time in contact with the best.

Le Mans also won at home against the Avant Garde Caennaise on the score of 1-0. Caen, one of two teams with Boulogne not to have yet won a match in this group A.

Group B
At the end of this seventh day, Dijon keeps the first place but must share the lead with the Val d'Orge team. The Burgundians enjoyed a day without on their lawn against a good team of Vendenheim who manhandled the leaders of the group B. Dijon quickly hit the post on free kick by Charlyne Horn before seeing, on the same action, the ball pushed back on his line by an Alsatian defender. Vendenheim opened the scoring at the end of the first period on a built action, part of the back and concluded with a goal from Fiona Bitterlin's head on a center left side of Joanna Schwartz (45th).

Dijon is struggling to catch up, and it will take a blow to the lot to allow the players of Burgundy to hang the point of the draw. On a shot that seemed not very dangerous Chloé Tommasian, the ball is poorly controlled by the keeper of Vendenheim. He returned to the feet of Laura Bouillot who followed and did not miss the opportunity to bring his team up (82).

An equalizer that allows Dijon to remain undefeated in Group B as Val d'Orge who joined the DFCO in mind. A 3-2 victory for the Val d'Orge against Nîmes in a match where the players of the Gard however quickly opened the score by Sabrina Oumeur (5th).

After half an hour, the women of Paris reverse the match with two goals from Corinne Lebailly (35) and Charlotte Fernandes on free-kick (38). In the second half, Marine Coudon, decisive setter on the first goal of the Val d'Orge, in turn marks and allows his team to make the break. Nîmes will reduce the score in the last quarter-hour but it is the players of Essonne who win 3-2.

First defeat for Grenoble, new triplet for Jessica Gomes
Another team could have regained the lead after the draw in Dijon, but Grenoble lost to Toulouse, another team to stay in touch at the top of the table. At home, the Toulousaines opened the scoring in the 34th minute by Doriane Pau. A goal followed shortly before the break of the eleventh performance of Marie-Pierre Castera since the beginning of the season (44th).

In the second half, Anaïs Ribeyra reduced the score on the hour for Grenoble. But five minutes later, Doriane Pau scored her second goal of the weekend (65th) to give a definite advantage to the TFC. With this victory 3 goals to 1, Toulouse is now up to Grenoble and especially three points from the top of the championship.

For its part, the ESAP Metz returned to victory after a long series of draws, and a defeat in Grenoble. As in the first day, Metz won 5 goals to 1, this time against Aurillac. Another similarity with the match won against Toulon, a triplet of Jessica Gomes, the attacking messina who in the 13th minute ... equalized, after a quick opening score of Manon Carlier (8th) for Aurillac. Jessica Gomes who will score two more goals for Metz in the 36th and 64th minute. The other two Metz goals are scored by Julia Louis-Joseph (31st and 53rd) one of two Louis-Joseph twins who arrived this season in Lorraine after starting their career in Angers.
