For the resumption of the D1, after the international truce, FC Fleury received the ASPTT Albi in the Paris region on behalf of the 16th day. After hitting Montpellier on the last day of D1 (1-1), the Floriacumoises will fall too easily in the trap of Albi, who took the opportunity to win the victory.

We knew the importance of this meeting for both clubs. Seventh in the standings before the start of the match, FC Fleury was probably the favorite in this meeting at home, far from their bitter defeat in the 93rd minute in the first leg. But Albi (10th) had once again long teeth against a direct opponent. And with a sword of Damocles over the head, the Albigensians were able to repeat their feat of the first leg to give themselves air.

Fleury persists in bad tactics

Unsurprisingly, it is Fleury who will put the pressure of entry with this attempt of striking of Julie Rabanne full axis, but the ball is torn off her feet by Yvonne Leuko Chibosso (7th). Albi goes on an action a few moments later. Pilar Khoury from the center left flank at the far post but nobody is there to cut, despite the presence of Kim Cazeau in the box, with a balloon too high for the Albigensian who can not take it back.

The Floriacumoises feel the danger, but probably did not expect to see it so much later. They know that taking the advantage in the first half is crucial for the final victory and will persist in wanting to go full-throttle without taking the time to analyze the situation. Like this attempt of Charlotte Fernandes (15th) countered by the Albigensian defense and who returns to Daphne Corboz but without it can hit the goal, since it will be recovered by Gabrielle Lambert on the ground.

A good free-kick ensued on the right side of Albigensian, well struck by Myriam Benlazar and taken over by a team-mate, but the ball will be narrowly countered by Maryne Gignoux (27th), which delays the deadline. In the wake, Fleury launches a big counterattack, well led by Maeva Clemaron who combines with Corboz (28th) but the action is finally annihilated by Lambert.

Pilar Khoury pulls out of the game

Four minutes after that, we find Daphne Corboz on a great opportunity for Fleury. She combines in one-two with Lavogez in the 20 meters, which gives him the ball in between, but the shot of Daphne Corboz is unscrewed and ends in the small net. Albi will have more luck at this "full axis game", on a good combination between Milica Mijatovic and Pilar Khoury (39th), who then eliminated the door of Fleury and register his goal in empty cages 0-1!

A short lead to the score that could have been weighed down, if Marine Haupais had not intervened on this new occasion between Khoury on the left flank and Cazeau in the penalty area. A first period where Albi will have been more pragmatic and serene on the ground.

At the return of the locker room, no change is made on one side or the other. And Albi is still going to be the most dangerous in the second half, much to the chagrin of Fleury, who is starting to show some frustration in this situation.

Leave or double for Fleury

With several experienced players on the scoresheet, FC Fleury knows he can regain control of the game and points, but Albi has no complex about it. The club Tarn will continue to prove as on the occasion of Kim Cazeau (47th), one-on-one, but who fails to shoot his shot, probably blocked by the stake of the game.

The defense of Albi will be put to the test, with several incursions of Floriacumoises. As on this dangerous center, that Dejana Stefanovic (49th) must try to push away. And then it's the turn of Albi, with Mijatovic, passer in the first period and is on a good opportunity. She gets a good ball slightly off the cages of Gignoux, and goes to the goal but she hesitates and her shot is finally blocked with the foot by the door of Fleury. A decisive rescue of the latter, which still gives hope to the many supporters present to support the local club.

The players of Lionel Cure, will then work to raise the bar. Just like this good center of Claire Lavogez (59th) for Salma Amani in front of the guardian of Albi, Gabrielle Lambert, but it is not powerful enough to worry, well anchored on its supports. The Fleury coach then decided to make two changes, one after the other, with the entries of Sarah Palacin (60th) and Marine Coudon (69th) with the exits of Julie Rabanne and Marine Haupais. Two players who must bring offensively.

Albi consolidates his victory

The Albigensians are not very far from their success outside and will ensure their short lead, while Fleury is still struggling to be realistic. As on this free kick of Daphne Corboz (77th) at the far post, without anyone can cut. Difficult to recognize the team we had so much appreciated by its combinations. A fact that is probably explained by the fatigue of three players executives, such as Clemaron, Lavogez and Corboz. An understandable fatigue, since the three players have played tournaments, the She Believes Cup for Clemaron and the Turkish Women's Cup for the last two, they have won.

And Albi will still enjoy with the umpteenth attempt, signed Mijatovic (80th) for his second opportunity in one against one, but Gignoux interferes again without hesitation. Claire Lavogez (87th) does not give up and tries to take the ball in the air inside the full-axle penalty area, but Gabrielle Lambert gets in again on the ground. The ball still pursues his way to the goal, and Fernandes tries to recover, without success, it will finally be cleared by Albi. The last opportunity will be to the credit of Albi, with a good pass from Kim Cazeau for Pilar Khoury, but his shot is not powerful enough to make the break.

A short win how important for the ASPTT Albi who flirted with the red zone before offering these three valuable points. For its part, Fleury missed the opportunity to climb another place in the standings and make a good operation for the 16th day.
