After the victory of Montpellier on the Brest lawn, there were no surprises either in the other quarters, where each club D1 has won. At the Océane stadium, Le Petit Poucet Le Havre failed to create the feat against Soyaux, who easily won 4-0.
Recently touched by the loss of a young Havana hopeful, Samba Diop (18 years old), it is in an atmosphere of meditation that the two teams make their entry on the ground of the HAC. A sad news that probably gave the Havraises a bit of extra motivation to hope to get this place in the last four.
Soyaux, perfect start
After an exemplary course in which the little poucet of the Coupe de France has eliminated several D2 clubs, it is against a team of the elite that the adventure of the regional club 1 ends. Indeed, in front of a club which is on the lower paper, the ASJ Soyaux did not hesitate to make respect the hierarchy, like a beginning of serious match. Domeneurs of entries, the players of Charente will get first chances without making fly, before Laura Bourgouin comes to clean the skylight of Jessica Wiggins, with a direct free kick of the 25 meters (12e) 0-1.
After the opening score the Sojaldiciennes will continue to push and will quickly succeed in making the break, thanks to a goal from their captain Siga Tandia (21st) 0-2. At the start of the action, a corner right side of Elise Courel is badly repulsed by the defense of Le Havre. Camille Collin is in the fall and, in a bad position to hit, she shifts intelligently to Tandia who hits the goal.
At 2-0, the match will be more balanced, but Le Havre lacks a sharp edge in his offensive actions. This is not enough to worry Romane Munich. The best chance of the HAC is probably this corner direct Shannon Mulvey, that the door of Charente pushes the fist.
Tolmais spends the second
Before the break Laura Bourgouin will try his luck with a shot at the entrance to the surface, but despite the power of it, Wiggins goes to bed perfectly (39th). After the break, Soyaux keeps possession but will soon delay the score.
It is finally Danielle Tolmais who will eventually find the fault, after a big collective action. The passes are linked Charente side, and the pace is accelerating. Anaïs Dumont passes to Tandia who finds Bourgouin in the axis at the entrance of the surface. This last one shifts in a touch to find Danielle Tolmais in depth. Slightly on the left, Tolmais starts a shot from the left in first intention that comes to shoot Wiggins (72) 0-3.
The Franco-American striker will offer a double in the final minutes by taking a center back from Viviane Boudaud (84) 0-4. A fourth goal that confirms the victory of the ASJ, but not yet the last hopes of the HAC to save the honor. Le Havre is moving forward and will try to score this small goal, as on the shot by Camille Philippe (91). Munich is beaten but she can count on one of her defenders. This will be the last opportunity Havraises who could not do anything in this meeting, but can leave the Coupe de France head up!
