Present on the field Thursday night despite the international truce, VGA Saint-Maur received the EDF Military friendly at Stade Chéron. After his victory against Nîmes (3-1), Saint-Maur confirms with a new success (4-2).

Everything had started badly for Yellow and Blue. From the start of the match, the EDF Military takes the game on its own and poses the danger on the cages Saint-Mauriennes. The opponent's imprecision and the defensive solidity of the VGA pushes the goal for a while. But in the 25th minute, Claire Guillard does not pray to lobar Amélie Delvallée and open the score for the Blue (25th, 0-1). Stunned, the hosts will even cash a new goal in stride. On a shot by Cynthia Gueheo-Djetou, Delvallée does not have the firm hand and sees the ball go to the bottom of the nets (27th, 0-2).

Below their level since the beginning, however, the players of the VGA will wake up at the half-hour of play. Aurore Paprzycki sees her lob pass just above (33) before the opposing guardian has to work on a nice strike Saint-Maurienne (37th). Marlyse Ndoumbouk even gets a 1-2 ball just before the break, but the goalkeeper remains impeccable (44 '). Just before half-time, VGA coach Régis Mohar turned his team around a bit, including changing goalies and attackers. The speech is also severe in front of the bench with its players after a first period more than average.

All this pays however, as soon as the locker room returns, the VGA has better intentions. Coralie Lenot's shot hits the opposing amount (49 '). The EDF Militaire passes near the 0-3 shortly after on one of his only actions of the second period, but the head passes just above the cages of Mélodie Carré (56th). Saint-Maur continues to increase its domination, Marlyse passing once again near the 1-2 on a free kick superbly diverted (58th). Delphine Saez, returning to the break and who has already faced Saint-Maur Sunday, still performs a nice parade a few minutes later (64th) but will eventually give in to the assaults Yellow and Blue.

Kani Konté, on a long ball, tricks the opponent's head to reduce the score (68th, 1-2). Invigorated, the hosts chained and on a breakthrough, Kelly Gago is cut in its momentum in the opposing area (73). Marlyse Ndoumbouk does not tremble to convert the penalty obtained and put his team tied (74th, 2-2). The military EDF is then in pain, the VGA intensifying its pressure even more. The military Blue try to react against, but the defense Francilienne holds good (81). The latter is also composed among other new entrant, Mariane Amaro, back from injury and entered the day of his birthday.

If the EDF Military pushes long 3-2, saving in particular a shot from Marlyse on the line (83), it ends up cracking. On a good overflow, Lilia Boumrar adjusts the goalie and allows the VGA to take the advantage after being out of nowhere (87th, 3-2). Marlyse Ndoumbouk will even put the KO visitors by offering a double in the wake (90th, 4-2). The EDF Military gets a last opportunity, but the shot shaves the cross before going out (90 + 1e).

The VGA Saint-Maur is therefore 4-2 against the EDF Military after filling a gap of two goals at the break by scoring four in twenty minutes. The Parisians confirm their success last Sunday against Nîmes even if there are still some things to perfect, like the first period globally missed. Similarly, it allows them to continue in their positive dynamic before moving to Bondoufle on September 26, to face Juvisy in the Parisian derby. The EDF Military continues its preparation for the World Military Games, which will be held in South Korea from September 29 to October 11.
