In the mixed zone, Jérémie Descamps coach of the women's section of LOSC returned to the draw at home, ripped in the second half by his team against Marseille (1-1).

Football Hearts - Coach your reaction after snatching this draw against Marseille?

Oddly I go out with a feeling quite satisfied with the game. We still lose some points at home but I can not get another feeling today because I found that the girls had a good second half and we had a nice reaction. This style of match, we have the impression that we will hit the goal 50 times and we will never score and in the end we still have one that passes so we must stay on it and then be happy to be back [to the score] even if accounting level is not what is best.

The Voix du Nord - The team has still shown character and it is important in the optics of the season in matches that may be tight sometimes?
Yes it's important because we know that the D1 unfortunately it's going to be this way. Many duels, it is not easy, in front of any team it will be difficult to score a goal. That's why when we have [occasions] it's good to put them on. But it's true that it's a satisfaction with that, in relation to the girls' state of mind, compared to what they did and I'm happy with what they have shown as a character. After a number of chances like that, you have to come out of the match with at least one goal.

Football Hearts - Does your team not miss a bit of madness?
Oh I do not know (nodding). It depends on what you call "madness". We have a well structured team and well in our balance. After we are not there to do the madness, we are here to be effective. Today we have not been, so we created maybe 6 or 7 frank chances in the match.

Voix du Nord - How did you remobilize your team after 0-1?
At half-time I simply told them we had everything. We had everything but efficiency. We come out with 4 free scoring chances and we lose 1-0 at halftime. This is the reality, the problem is that in our highs, we failed to score. And what I notice more and more, is that the teams that make the difference it was when we were in Soyaux, it was the same thing, it is the teams that mark in their strong time and we failed to score. Marseille has made the last ten minutes a little more interesting and marked in its time, it is there that we must progress and we are more studious.

Football Hearts - Did the homogeneity of your group that worked well last season in D2, do not get stuck today in D1?
After this is your interpretation, I do not really agree. I have no problem between [level] D1 and D2 except that it is a grade above too. It's not at all the same thing [these two divisions]. Last year we dominated the debate because it's the D2, it's not at all the same thing. After I'm happy with what we do, we answer present in relation to teams who finished 4th or 5th of the D1 last season, we will not be choosy anyway, we go up D2. We will not pretend to jostle everyone. Of the three home games, I still have great satisfaction even if it is not always the result. Bordeaux we won, Albi we still moved, Marseille I think we still moved today so here I am very happy with what we are doing now.

You are going to have the international break now. What are your points of improvement within your group to leave again?
It's going to be complicated (smile) because I have seven girls leaving [in France team]. We will work a lot this week with those who remain and we will all really get back to work to prepare the match against Lyon the week after when we have recovered the girls, it will be quite late but the goal is that they recover well, let them rest a little. But the "improvement points" are once again the decisive gestures, when I see that we overflow and put three centers in the small net instead of going in front of the goal. Reminders when we put five in the key rather than the field ... These are these things. I think the points of improvement, we are in the collective content, here, we become strong and interesting. After all these little details (gestures of the fingers that rubs) that make the difference, the good pass, the right moment, the good movement ... This is where it's interesting because when we start to get into these little details there, it means that the together is still very coherent so much the better we get there and we will try to improve and then here we still took a point today. We leave Marseille always at a distance, it's the main one so we go forward little by little.
