Surrounded by mountains, where Isère bathes, Grenoble, birthplace of Laura Vervisch. A future climb that will see her rubbing shoulders with the U19 and D2 regional and national championships.

At the bottom of the buildings of Grenoble, young Laura discovers the round ball. Neighbors or friends as first teammates or first opponents.

A late arrival to the ball and perhaps a lesser willingness to start the sport. Nevertheless, Laura begins. And starts at the club Meylan with boys. A desire to discover the other side of football, which is football in a club and a desire to learn things. A desire to learn that she will continue with the girls at Grenoble Football 38.

In 2010, Laura flies to 17 years for Saint-Etienne but remains in the Rhones-Alpes region. Two years in the ASSE club. Two years when she grows up, discovers for the first time a national level, gets rich. "This has been for me the most football-telling years," says Laura. I did not know anything about high-level football (U19 nat) and sport study and it's there that I grew up a lot and learned a lot of football things, the U19 championship is a super championship, and very very trainer for the high level.

Fabien Dequesne who trained him at the ASSE in U19 recalls: "Laura is a very passionate girl who has always managed to get by. She knew how to work hard and to question herself. She has always been very serious in football and school. She is a very nice girl by her character and very smiling. It's easy to live with her in a group! She has good technical skills in the field. He missed not much to go into D1. The physical and the duels can be. She has always been mature. I am very happy that she is putting on an educator's cap in her club "

In 2012, it is the return to the native department. Isère and the Claix club. Located in the suburbs of Grenoble, Claix is placed in D2 national feminine. A championship she did not know at all. A team led by Nicolas Bach who remembers the passage of the young Vervisch. "Laura is a very nice player to train. Able to put the team first. She has technical skills thanks to her training at St Etienne. I especially wish him to finalize in a good way his professional project "

Laura continues: "Grenoble, it was for me a homecoming, my hometown, the D2 is a championship that I did not know at all. I was fortunate to have Nicolas Bach as coach, who really trusted me and who also taught me how to trust me. I would say that Claix is really my heart club where I once again learned a lot and took a lot of experiences. In addition, I really had a very positive first season there "

Since 2014, she has put her bags for the professional club of Evian-Thonon-Gaillard where she joined the women's section in DH. Laura adds, "I'm very good at ETG, a club that has given me a lot of opportunities like the training I'm currently doing. A big family who lives with the heart and who is very supportive. Level football, I went for the challenge, the challenge to ride with this club in D2. Unfortunately, it's a bit more complicated than we think, but I hope we'll get there. In any case the players with whom I play, most play the rise for 2 years, really deserve to access D2. There is a lot of work and a big investment on the part of everyone. Even at the football school level, and I hope all the efforts that the club provides that it is the staff and the players will pay a day! "

A path still long as the river Isere. An ambition that goes beyond the Rhone-Alpes region where from its beginnings to its always 22 years it remained faithful. The word course she puts in quotes without doubt by humility.

A simple girl, endearing and serious. Adjectives without quotation marks simply because they define Laura.
