Born December 24, 1991 in Metz. She started her second season at FC Metz and played seven seasons at Algrange. Before he became the FC Metz women two seasons ago.

Adeline Janela is said to be a powerful player. A boss who does not mind the effort.

Adeline Janela begins football under the colors of Bouzonville, a club in the Lorraine region. From the beginnings of her mother, Martine Rigaud: "I come from a large family that works at the local football club Bouzonville. Adeline trod the first steps of the club field and at home, ball on the foot. And naturally she signs her first license in May 1997 at 5 1/2 years. Framed from the beginning by his father. She moved to the middle level honor (2001-2004) in a mixed team where she was the only girl respected by his teammates. His brother and I are his first fans. "

She then agrees with Woippy. "Adeline has an exemplary state of mind. Rigorous. She is also serious and ambitious. She had confusing qualities that brought a lot to the collective, "recalls Jean-François Morel, former coach of the club.

Adeline began her national career in 2008 by joining Algrange in 2007 in D3. She was 16 years old and played in 18 games for five goals. Khadidja Bettahar recalls: "She was a player I loved watching when she played at Woippy. At her age, she was a great player. Ability to eliminate the opponent or hit the ball. She came from herself. We went up to D3. She was a fighter and has always been constant. I had fun training him. It was a full owner. My regret is that I could not go to the end with her. For not having been able to work longer with her. She has progressed technically.

The following year she goes up with Algrange in D2. And will play 117 games for Algrange in D2 for 37 goals scored.

During the 2013-2014 season, Adeline Janela's career will be a turning point. A perfect season with a rise in D1 and 11 goals scored. The best season for Adeline and Algrange summarized by the former coach, Gérome Henrionnet: "Adeline is a powerful player who likes to overflow, able to be as successful on the left as on the right. When we climbed it was decisive as a middle eccentric left. Last season in D1 she did not have the same performance in this position. At first she did not understand it very well and she was angry at me for not putting it all the time. After thinking, I replaced her back side and after two games she became a safe bet at this position. She made a season end worthy of the best defenders of D1.

This first season in D1 will be a learning season that will see Algrange become the Metz Women's FC down in Division 2. Adeline plays all the matches of his training during this season 2014-2015. FC Metz is a professional club for boys currently in Ligue 2. This is not yet the case for girls despite some federal contracts. Do not live football, a balance that satisfies Adeline: "I would not go pro. Today my balance, work and football, suits me very well. I love my job too much to put it aside. Pressure, I avoid putting myself in it. I consider that being able to combine professional life and sports career is a real chance. I consider myself lucky and I am proud to keep up the pace. I am passionate about my job and the sport is a good balance. With passion and organization we can do beautiful things.

Season 2015-2016, FC Metz restart in D2. David Fanzel is named coach of the women's team. After 11 days, FC Metz joins the fight with Arras, the relegated for the rise in D1. An issue that Adeline does not think for the moment: "We do not talk about it too much. We live from day to day. We are a good band of girlfriends. We enjoy every moment without putting pressure. We know we have potential. It's up to us to inscribe it in the long term and to look for this climb together ".

Before this truce, Adeline has participated in 11 games including 7 starts. A long way to Algrange and a new one that opens at FC Metz. A journey told by her teammate, striker Julie Wojdyla: "Adeline has been known for over 10 years and we know each other by heart whether on or off the pitch. We have a nice complicity that is felt on the ground, she knows how I play and vice versa. She is a powerful player who brings a lot in a collective whether offensively or defensively. She does not mind for the slightest effort and it's always nice to have a player like her on her team. Both on the field and in the locker room because with her you never get bored.

Elodie Martins, another of her teammates at FC Metz does not say anything else: "Adeline is an excellent player. It can be played back, middle, attacking, she will always manage to get out. Very strong of both feet, she is not afraid to make the efforts. It's a pleasure to have him on the team. She arrives at the stadium with a smile and always leaves with ".

Despite pre-selections in 2007 in France U17 team and in 2009 with the U19 in France, Adeline now targets the national women's team of Portugal. Adeline concludes: "These pre-selections have been great experiences elsewhere. For Portugal, I was contacted 4 years ago for the first time. I did not respond because I focused on my studies. I was recontacted again last season and everything is different. I feel ready to invest in this new project if my profile interests them, "concludes Adeline.

As 2016 approaches, Adeline makes a wish: "For the coming year, it is of course the climb, accompanied by a beautiful course in the Coupe de France ... For the rest it will only be a bonus .. . "

A Lusitanian perspective for Adeline. After discovering the D1 with Metz last year, another way to discover. An international path.
