11th in the standings after 4 days, the club north, Rouvroy, shared the points at home against his neighbor Hénin-Beaumont. After these first four days, Michel Catalano, new coach of Rouvroy draws a first assessment.
How did you come to Rouvroy and what was your opinion on this football?
"U.S Rouvroy contacted me in mid-July and I gave my answer at the end of July. I knew women's football for having worked with Philippe Piette in Hénin-Beaumont for 4 years. A good opportunity to return to the world of football that I had abandoned for 5 years. Women's football is growing and taking on more and more importance. Professional clubs join existing clubs (Lille, Metz, Bordeaux etc ...). Evolution delight me, football is not only masculine. Women's football has a lot of place in the French sports landscape and it brings a beautiful image. Now it is also the death of the small clubs that evolve in National like us who have few means with this new redesign of the D2 (6 descents in the group). "
What do you think of these first 4 days of your team and group A?
"It is a lean and predictable record, 2 draws 2 defeats and no victory yet, we have not been spoiled by the calendar. The championship is up the teams are good levels, the clubs have recruited but not us, too small and no means. We are 7 to look at this 6th place but slowly the ranking is emerging but the goal will be to be the closest to the 6th place. "
Your opinion on the upcoming derby against Arras?
"Another derby, there are four to do. For me it's still a match against a team that surprises with its wins and the number of goals it scores. Difficult match still for us, we are in big offensive difficulty, we score little or not, from that you will understand my anxiety. "
