This Sunday for the 14th day of D1, Paris Saint-Germain received Guingamp. With a goal in each half, the Parisiennes took three important points before the clash of tomorrow night between Olympique Lyonnais and Montpellier.

None of the three newly arrived PSG recruits appeared on the scoresheet. Patrice Lair had decided to line up a 4-3-3 with Marie-Laure Delie taking the left lane, just ahead of Ashley Lawrence. But in this early game, it is Kadidatou Diani who dynamite the match in his right lane. The French international is well relayed by Eve Perisset or Grace Geyoro, as on this center to Marie-Antoinette Katoto that the Parisian striker cuts at the first post, but the ball is blocked and ends in a corner (4th).

Guingamp suffers but does not break

Then, on a left side action, Lawrence relies on Delie who center, in the surface Kadidiatou Diani is there to resume but it hits the cross and goes out (6th). Still in the know, on a delivery of Katoto, Diani will see his shot pass right next to the right post Solène Durand.

Guingamp suffered and struggled to cross the median line as Eve Perisset right side recovers very high. But the Bretons do not panic so far and try on strikes far as the opportunity arises, as is the case for Léa Le Garrec, even if his attempt goes well above.

The centers leading to nothing, Paris tries to go in the axis by playing directly on Marie-Antoinette Katoto. But the best scorer Paris is well encircled by the opposing defense, and if the deep passes pass in the back of the line back guingampaise Solène Durand anticipates perfectly, as on this pass from Jennifer Hermoso to Katoto (21st). In the wake, on a long opening of Ashley Lawrence, the door of the Côtes-d'Armor will win his duel against Katoto (photo, 25th). A little earlier, the Parisienne had not managed to frame her head on a center left side of her Canadian teammate.

Perisset relieves PSG

The missed opportunities begin to succeed on the side of PSG, to the delight of the En Avant Guingamp who can keep hope. Especially when Marie-Laure Delie loses the ball close to his own goal, with a pass back uncertain, allowing Le Garrec to be found in the Paris area by a teammate. The Guingampaise can then trigger a shot that Christiane Endler manages to stop (29th).

A warning of no consequence for Paris who will succeed to open the score before the break. Jennifer Hermoso shifts Kadidiatou Diani into the right lane. The Frenchwoman takes speed vis-à-vis, hit and center. The ball is repulsed by the Breton defense and returns to the right angle of the penalty area. In full swing, Eve Perisset then triggers a nice cross shot of the right, in first intention, which comes to the amount of Durand before finishing in the back of the nets (37th). Katoto will then offer a last opportunity before the break, on a corner of Hermoso, the attacking control of the chest and strikes, but again it is deflected just (45th).

Hermoso drives the nail

In the second half Sarah M'Barek's players will project a little further forward and get the first opportunity of the second act, on a center Léa Le Garrec difficult to capture by Endler. But after a header from Marie-Laure Delie saved on the line (52), Paris will quickly make the break.

Diani center right side and Jennifer Hermoso is well placed at the penalty box to cut the trajectory of the flat of the left foot. Solène Durand touches the ball of the foot but can not turn him completely (53) and he ends up in the Breton goal. In the minutes that follow, Eve Perisset misses the double. The Paris side takes a free-kick on the left with a right-footed shot that went straight to the left corner of Durand. The goalkeeper of the EAG then out the clapper it takes to avoid 3-0 (60th).

Shortly after, Patrice Lair made a tactical change with the entry of Laure Boulleau instead of Delie. A change that puts Lawrence higher on the field, leaving the left-back position to the new entrant. However, despite good left side clearances that can lead to centers, Katoto remains well alone in the opponent's surface and therefore difficult to find.

Finally, the score will remain there, even if the Bretons still offer a great opportunity to reduce the gap with a free kick by Faustine Robert taken at the first post by Julie Debever, but the goalkeeper PSG stops the shot (73e). A logical defeat but that does not settle the affair of Bretonnes in search of points to ensure the fastest possible maintenance. Especially since among the direct competitors in this bottom of table, Marseille and Fleury both imposed themselves this Sunday.

The post-match reactions:

Grace Geyoro (PSG): "We missed girls in front of goal"

Patrice Lair (PSG, coach): "When we do this sport, we have to be ambitious"

Sarah M'Barek (EAG, coach): "[We will have to] be ready for these decisive matches"
