By the breath of summer 2015, Mégane Muller (top, 3rd from the right in the photo on the front page), like his career, moved to the other side of the Rhine. A parachuting at SC Sand. A small German "Arsenal" where several French have chosen to find refuge. By seeking a new challenge and perhaps also discover one of the strongholds of women's football in the world to go abroad.

In a small town in Alsace, Mégane discovers football in the street. One day at the corner of a balloon, a neighbor tells him the village club. Located next to her home, FC Staffefelden will be her first stop. The kimono had given way to cleated shoes.

Missed boy but still a ball at hand or in the feet, Mégane follows the footsteps of his father. At school, she was the only girl to play with boys. A memory that many of them still remember today.

Mégane then decides to follow the movement and joins ASCA Wittelsheim. She will do all her training in this club of Haut-Rhin. There she starts with the boys and then creates a female team with a friend. An ambitious and profitable company. Indeed, each season the new women's team climbs. Divisional division Until arriving in DH, the highest regional level where she will play the leading roles.

Seven years will pass. The structures remain, not the men. Mégane takes a new step. From Wittelsheim, Mégane will put his football baggage at Mars Bischheim. Beyond the 118 kilometers that separate the two cities, a division also separates them. A bridge between the regional DH and the national D2. On September 14, 2014 in Bischheim, the young Muller made his first in Division 2 by entering in the 58th minute.

Fourteen days later, she scored her first goal against Nancy despite a loss. A full season with 21 games on the clock and therefore a realization. A first season in full national which will be overshadowed by the descent of sports Bischheim Division of Honor. A descent sports canceled in favor of Compiegne which will allow the Alsatian club to continue playing in division 2.

An experience in D2, remembered by Nicolas Both (assistant coach of Bischheim): "A good memory, it came from DH and quickly adapted to the D2. She was very attentive and if she had no worries of injury, she would have had an even better season. "

Shy but possessing certain qualities, the always young Mégane passes the Rhine and commits with the team 2 of SC Sand which evolves in southern regionalliga. A season that can bring SC Sand 2 to Bundesliga 2. The pennant team playing in the Bundesliga.

Mégane concludes: "I wanted to try something other than France. Because the opportunity for me has come. The mentality of women's football is completely different in Germany and that's what I like. I would like to say a big thank you to my family who has always supported me in good times and bad times. Without them I will not be here today. "

Driven by its desire to always grow, to climb the ladder, Mégane will be 23 in a few months. That the breath of summer, as in its beginnings, can push it even further. Even higher.
