Julie Berger has been for 12 years one of the offensive elements of Yzeure Allier Auvergne, previously called Nord Allier. From his debut at 6 and a half to AS Toulon in first place in group B obtained at the truce with the Yzeuriennes during this season 2015-2016, a route interspersed with passages in D1 and Team France U19 where she gets 5 selections.

Julie is said to be a technical girl, quick with a good vision of the game.

An ideal player for a coach said on the side of the Auvergne on Julie. Very calm and attentive. A listening and assiduity that allowed him to climb in D2, join the elite and the D1 with Yzeure. But also unfortunately to know a descent of D1 in D2.

1995. Julie is 6 and a half when she discovers football. She starts football in the club of her commune. More than 1100 inhabitants in 2012 in Toulon-sur-Allier. AS Toulon welcomes him. Bernard Bourrachot recalls: "I started coaching Julie in 1996-1997 when she was a chick. I also had it in Benjamins and until 13 years before she left for Yzeure. Always assiduous to the trainings, a voluntary girl and who wanted to win. She was a little shy. Football was his passion. She has always been combative and has always been good at playing ball. It is his will that has brought him where she is. What pleased me was when she was selected in France U19 team.

Daniel Berger, his father and his first teacher with Bernard Bourrachot remembers: "I played football and she came to see me play. It made him want to train. She liked the balloon. It was natural for her to have a balloon. She was sometimes even superior to boys. She had a very good career. She continues to do what she does. She can still improve. But his career is very satisfying.

Julie then goes to AS Yzeure in 2003. Two seasons in PH with the boys whose coach is already Grégory Mleko: "Julie was very shy but attentive and hardworking. She rivaled the boys. His speed helped him a lot. Some were surprised in the duels. It was difficult but she never gave up and progressed thereafter. She was a finalist in the Auvergne championship in PH with her team where I took care in 13 years.

Julie changes course, she takes the path of Nord Allier which evolves in national D3. Johnny Kari who trained from 2005 to 2010 in D3, D2 and also in D1 and then became General Manager from 2010 to 2013: "The first memory when she arrived is that it was a shy girl but who had balloon. A serious girl. I took her on an internship which went very well and she stayed with us. Julie is from the club. I trained him. This has been a good satisfaction as a coach compared to his career. She was a shy girl, shut up. But she was quick and smart. This intelligence made him progress. She is a player who has the level of the D1. I never had a problem with her. It's a girl I protected by talking to her a lot. It is thanks to her work that she has arrived where she is. "

Sarah Chalabi, who arrived in Nord Allier at the same time as she did in 2004, testifies: "We arrived at the club the same year. At the time we were the youngest of the group, which has changed now. We get on the field as well as outside because she's one of my best friends. I saw him evolve during all these seasons. And I must say that it is a fast, intelligent player who is very generous in the effort, we can count on it because it never drops anything! This season she had a good first half of the season, I have the impression that she gets loose even in the duels she puts more commitment than before and I like it then she scored a few goals this season so I wish him all the best for this new year! "

Nord Allier became Yzeure Allier Auvergne in 2010. Patrice Degironde took the place of Johnny Kari in the meantime said: "Julie is an ideal player for a coach very disciplined, listening and working very seriously in training . She is very attached to Yzeure's club and never wanted to leave. Maybe changing his environment and habits would have allowed him to step over. When I coached her, I insisted that she wins in aggression in her commitment and in front of the goal. "

Julie takes part in six seasons in D1. Play 123 games and score 22 goals. Knows good seasons with two 5th places in the key. Yzeure, an important club for her career that Julie recognizes. "This is my first and only women's club so my heart club is native to the department. Yzeure made me live wonderful moments including two climbs. It is thanks to this club and all the people (players, staff, leaders, ...) that I was able to progress. Know the high level and have the chance to be called in France U19 team.

2015-2016 season. Already a season that the club Yzeurien went down in D2. Having missed the immediate recovery of little in favor of La Roche sur Yon, last year, the players of Gregory Mleko, at the break this season, are first in Group B before the pursuers Bordeaux and Angers. Julie has already played 11 games for 5 goals scored. Gregory Mleko, who has been in charge of the team since the descent after being an assistant adds on Julie: "Julie is a very calm player who works a lot to achieve positive things and to improve even more in small details with confidence. She brings her D1 experience to young people by communicating with them. Very posed in life as on the ground where must not tickle.

"There are always ups and downs in a career. The important thing is always to get up and especially to have fun on a lot. I hope I can write a few more lines to my career and why not add a rise in D1, Julie punctuates. A rise in the month of June?

A career in the Allier. A shyness that has gradually diminished as the seasons. Leaving room for a girl who has many qualities. Including that of still believing in it. Always further.
